All we ask in return is a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for both our brand and our customers. We offer work experience placements to help people with desire and determination to get into the hospitality industry. Where you take it from there is entirely up to you. We have a Graduate scheme that commences each September with applications taken from February and in that 2 year programme, the Graduates get fantastic exposure to the hospitality industry with the opportunity to work in at least 2 properties and have an experienced Manager to Mentor through the programme as well as regular on and off the job learning and development opportunities. For those employees who are not a Graduate, the GROW Programme is the Jurys Development programme that takes employees from Team through to Manager and beyond with structured development and on the job learning – this programme is open to all employees.
