Your training and development are front and centre from the day you apply to work at Atlas. All applicants get a personality profile unique to them, which we also use for successful candidates to help them settle in seamlessly.
After that, the fun really starts. Our ‘Atlas Heroes’ induction programme lasts for your first 3 months and helps you really understand our business and your role. Each role also has a ‘Learning Journey’ with your training and development pathway, whatever you want to focus on at Atlas.
You’ll also have a couple of dedicated ‘ME@Atlas’ sessions every year. This is your chance to work on your career goals and development with your manager.
