Onboarding the Centre Island Way
We want to give all our employees the best possible start. Onboarding the Centre Island Way has been designed to do just that, a tailored induction process which covers everything they need to know and succeed in their new role. Regular reviews will take place at 1, 4, 8 and 12 weeks to ensure the onboarding process is going well and the employee is settling into their new role.
A full skills and knowledge profile supports this journey and guides learning opportunities in those first weeks and months of employment.
All new starters to the company will go through this programme.
