Graduate development
Hilton offers a number of fast-track Graduate Development opportunities.
For example, our Elevator Manager Development Programme prepares our graduates to reach a General Manager position within 5-8 years of completing the programme.
Apprenticeship programmes
Hilton also offer Apprenticeship programmes. Our team members have the opportunity to combine work and study by mixing on-the-job training. Our apprentices are employed by Hilton and carry out a real job, spending about 20% of their time learning, either off the job in the hotel, at a college or a training centre. In addition, at Hilton, we pay our apprentices the same salary as our other Team Members in similar roles.
