From Polcom Modular, one of the world’s leading suppliers of modular hotel rooms, to forming Molo Hotel Group in 2017, the owners have developed their own hotel properties with the pure focus of developing and owning hotel assets that sit in the upper upscale market in key locations across the UK & I, Mainland Europe and the Caribbean.

Lighthouse Hotel Management, a dynamic hotel management company delivering excellence and added value through International brand partners whilst staying true to our authentic family roots and our strong foundations, was formed in 2021 to exclusively manage and be the operational arm for Molo Hotel Group.

We have a dedicated career pathway for all roles in every department.

In our Hotels we have key departments including Front Office, Kitchen, Restaurant, Bar, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Revenue and Sales, Finance and Human Resources with different employee levels from Team member, Team Leader and Supervisor, Head of Department, Operations Manager to General Manager.

In addition we have Head Office support staff including Finance, Sales and Revenue, Human Resources, IT and Property.
