Receptionist

Job purpose

To be responsible for the checking in/out of guests in the hotel. Maintaining the reception procedures and policies for the hotel. Provides excellent service to the guest and ensures that all guest comments are dealt with appropriately.

Qualifications

  • NVQ3 (Vocational Training Certificate) in Front Office or customer service
  • Previous experience in Reception
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Experience of reservations systems
