Job purpose
As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator you perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting with enquiries, administrative support
- Actively support the sales process as needed (e.g. voucher requests, brochure/ literature, gift ordering, site visit preparation)
- Actively participate in Marketing Plan, supporting key activations, content creation and maintaining brand guidelines in all areas of the hotel
- Prepare and submit reports as requested by the Director of Sales, Director of Sales and Marketing and Head of Marketing – as appropriate
- Ensure all office administration is managed with deadlines being met and workload managed effectively. Monitoring/distributing emails

Skills
- Organised & knowledgeable about the hotel operational
- Excellent customer service skills
- Accurate & good level of literacy
- Confidence to deal with customer show rounds etc
Qualifications
- Hotel based qualification NVQ level 3
- Hotel Management Degree desirable
