Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job purpose

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator you perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting with enquiries, administrative support
  • Actively support the sales process as needed (e.g. voucher requests, brochure/ literature, gift ordering, site visit preparation)
  • Actively participate in Marketing Plan, supporting key activations, content creation and maintaining brand guidelines in all areas of the hotel
  • Prepare and submit reports as requested by the Director of Sales, Director of Sales and Marketing and Head of Marketing – as appropriate
  • Ensure all office administration is managed with deadlines being met and workload managed effectively. Monitoring/distributing emails

Entry requirements

Skills

  • Organised & knowledgeable about the hotel operational
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Accurate & good level of literacy
  • Confidence to deal with customer show rounds etc

Qualifications

  • Hotel based qualification NVQ level 3
  • Hotel Management Degree desirable
